Export and Import of Excel File
Export project as Excel file for taking advantage of its extensive built-in functions to perform analysis, calculations and chart generations, reorganizing the exported models into a different perspective and etc. Besides, you can synchronize the updated changes made in between the project and Excel file.
Access Control for Floating Licenses
The administration tool of the Floating License Server can provide full control for the floating licenses purchased. The new access control feature helps to prevent unauthorized access of the software by using access code. With this protection, users who wish to acquire license key must be supplied an access code issued by the administrator. Furthermore the administrators can define different access codes for different team to minimize the acquiring of excessive licenses.
Minimizing Shape Overlapping with Automatic Connector Re-routing
The automatic re-routing connector feature enables to reroute connector when any shape is being moved over it. This avoids having complex diagram caused by overlapped connectors and shapes.
Relocation of Entire Branch of Unit Through Drag and Drop
When drawing an organization chart, you often find there is need to change the hierarchy of a unit. That is, move a unit and all its subordinates to a different parent. Now you can do this simply by drag and drop. With this new feature, you can now relocate the entire branch of units by pressing on the root of that branch, then drag and move it to another branch. This facilitates a mass movement of units without jeopardize the entire hierarchy structure.
Create New Attribute with Enter Key
In DB-VA 4.3 SP1, attributes can be created effortlessly by pressing the Enter key. With this function, users do not need to switch between the keyboard and mouse repeatedly for creating attributes.
