• Q :What Operating Systems does A³ Platform Supports?

  A :

  A³ Platform server are well tested in Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OSX, Unix and Linux. A³ Platform can be accessed by all modern web browser. A³ Platform is well tested on Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox 3 or above, Safari 3 or above, Opera 9 or above and Google Chrome 1.0 or above.

• Q :Do I need to setup database to evaluate A³ Platform Supports?

  A :

  A³ Platform come with an embedded database. You don't need to setup database for evaluation. The bundled embedded DB is designed for evaluation and for small team (less than 5 people). There is no administration and backup support for embedded database. For production environment, we suggest to use native datbase.

• Q :What browser A³ Platform Supports?

  A :

  A³ Platform is well tested on Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox 3 or above, Safari 3 or above, Opera 9 or above and Google Chrome 1.0 or above.

• Q :What databases does A³ Platform Support?

  A :

  A³ Platform support Oracle 7 or above, MySQL 3 or above, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or above.

• Q :Can I run both A³ Platform Server and Client (Web Browser) in same PC?

  A :

  Yes, you can run both A³ Platform Server and Client (Web Browser) in same PC. We recommed to run Server and Client in different machine to gain more performance.

• Q :Can A³ Platform used with HTTPS?

  A :

  Yes, all communication between A³ Platform Server and Client (Web Browser) are standard HTTP protocol. You should able to use HTTPS without any problem.

• Q :Can A³ Platform used with VPN

  A :

  Yes, A³ Platform is tested in various VPN environment.

• Q :Can I perform silent install on A³ Platform?

  A :
