Manager and team leader can check what team members are working on at this moment through the 'Working on' widget in the home screen.

• Using Working On

Development is driven by tasks. Project manager and system analyst create tasks in different iterations and disciplines. Project progress are shown in both tasks view and process view.

Assign tasks to team members, roles (group of team member) or customers. Assignee will receive notifications in the home view. The priority of tasks will be visualized with different colors.

Planning Tasks

Plan for future tasks and lay out a timeline to get things done. Team members will be notified when the target date is approaching.

There is a follow-up tab for team members to update the status of task with text description, report progress and assign the task to other team member to follow-up. All follow-up, progress and assignment histories are kept securely in A³ Platform.

Calendar view shows planned and finished tasks in monthly basis. Project manager may re-arrange the target completion date of tasks through simple drag and drop within the calendar view.
