Requesting Customer to Upload Files to A3 Platform

During the software development life cycle, you may need the customer to supply documents or references for you to continue with your work. For example, when designing the user interface of an order form, you may need the customer to provide a sample to see what fields and layout they prefer. Rather than asking them to send you via email, you may also ask them to upload files directly to A3 Platform. With this, files and development activities can be stored within a single environment and they can be found more easily. In addition, A3 Platform also supports sharing files with customers.

Hi

why do all the tutorial begin with "how to download and install A3"? surely that is a separate tutorial?

written by Jick Yeung on August 11, 2011

Hi Mark,

Thank you for your post. We are going to extract the installation section to a separate tutorial. If you have A3 Platform installed, please skip that section first. I will post again when this tutorial is updated.

Best regards,
