XML aid information system to share data. Business Process Visual ARCHITECT supports importing and exporting full or part of a project in XML format. The exported XML contains all information of Visual Paradigm project file. There is also an option to export diagram preview images together. MS Excel file import and export
Business Process Visual ARCHITECT supports exporting and importing Microsoft Excel file. Excel is the best tool for mass editing of model element names and properties. You may export diagram to Excel file, edit their names and properties in tabular format, and then import the changes back to Business Process Visual ARCHITECT. Import Visio drawings
You may accumulate large amount of UML, business process design and database design drawing in Visio. Business Process Visual ARCHITECT imports Visio drawing into Visual Paradigm project format.
