Layer support

Categorizing shapes into different layers for showing and hiding shapes easier by single-click. Layer can be used to group all annotation shapes, and let modeler hide all annotation shapes when export the final version. The following movie shows how to use layer to control showing/hiding callout shapes in diagram.
Show/hide shapes on diagram

Show and Hide Diagram Element feature allows you to show only elements on the diagram editor which you are interested for performing some operations more conveniently in a temporary state, and later you can make them visible again for normal operations. The following movie shows you how to show/hide diagram elements and callout shapes.
Showing tagged values with shape
A tagged value is a combination of a tag and a value that gives supplementary information to the model element it is attaching to. A tagged value can be used to add properties to any model elements and can be applied to a model element or a stereotype. Besides defining tagged values, an option is provided to let you decide whether to make them visible on diagram or not.
Showing diagram information
Diagram info shape provides a place to document and display diagram information in diagram. Modeler can add diagram info shape to any diagram to document a diagram. Information displayed in a diagram info shape is linked with the diagram's specification. You may add more items to the info shape to add more useful information for a diagram.
Various connector routing style

Connector Routing Style:
Business Process Visual ARCHITECT supports Curve, Oblique, Rectilinear, Round Oblique and Round Rectilinear connector routing styles. Using different routing styles increases the readability of diagrams. The following screenshot shows all supported connector routing styles in one diagram. You may also try out different routing styles at the right hand side.
Various line jump options

Line Jump Options:
When drawing a complex diagram with many shapes and connectors, connectors may intersect with each other. Line jump feature is design for decorating the intersection, which makes it easier to identify connection paths. Business Process Visual ARCHITECT supports arc, gap and square line jump options. The following screenshot shows all line jump options and you can try different line jump in left hand side pane.

Showing caption along the connector

By having many connectors between two shapes, this make it very difficult to identify which caption is belonging to which connector. Business Process Visual ARCHITECT provides an option to show connectors' captions along the connectors. The following screenshot shows all caption placement options.
