Q :How quickly may I receive the full key(s) after purchase?
A :Once you have placed an order and paid by credit card, either by 2checkout.com or WorldPay, you will immediately receive a confirmation E-mail, which includes a 15 days temporary license key. Your payment will be approved by the payment gateway. Once approved, you will receive an E-mail from cs-team@visual-paradigm.com, with access to the Customer Service Center for downloading the full license key. The whole process will take around 2 to 3 working days. -
Q :What payment methods do you accept?
A :You can choose the following payment methods:- Credit cards;
- Wire transfer;
- Local bank transfer;
- Purchase order (by cheque).

Q :What do I get when I buy the product?
A :Once you place an order, you receive a confirmation E-mail. Once the order is approved, you will receive an E-mail from cs-team@visual-paradigm.com, with access to the Customer Service Center for downloading the full license key. -
Q :What shipping options are available?
A :All Visual Paradigm products are delivered electronically. You can always download the purchased product from Customer Service Center. To know why we do not support box set delivery, please click here. -
Q :I lost my software key. What should I do?
A :You can always download your license keys from the Customer Service Center. If you lost your login, you may retrieve from the index page of Customer Service Center, or contact our support team for assistance.
