Recover License Key or Download Upgrade License Key from VP Customer Service Center

When a new version is released, you can download the new version software as well as the license key of new version for product upgrade. The new version license key and software will be available in VP Customer Service Center.

If, unfortunately, your machine crashes or there is serious problem on your machine so the software and license key of VP product is lost, you just need to visit VP Customer Service Center to get the purchased license key and software again.

1. Visit VP Customer Service Center at https://cs.visual-paradigm.com/

2. Enter your ID and Password.

   In case you lost your password as well:
   
   1. Click the Forgot your password? link on the right hand corner.

   2. Enter your customer ID and click the Submit button.

   3. The new password will be sent to your email (i.e. the one same as your customer ID).

   4. Check your email box, you can find the email with new password for your account.

   5. Visit https://cs.visual-paradigm.com/ again and enter the ID and new password and click Login.

3. Initially you will see the License page, where you can download the license key by Download with Original Key.

4. You can extract the key package after downloaded.

5. Beside the license key, you also need to download the software which is compatible with your license key. Switch to Software page.

6. Click on the name of software you need.

7. Select the correct version of software, choose the suitable platform and click Download.

8. Save the software to your local machine.

9. After downloaded the software installer, run it and follow the instructions to finish installation.

10. Start the software when installation finished.

11. The License Key Manager will prompt you to import the license key. If not, select Tools > Key Manager in main menu to open it.

12. Click Import License Key in the License Key Manager.

13. Click "..." to locate the key file from your local machine.

14. Import the original license key, then the upgrade license key to the License Key Manager.

15. The license key is imported and you can run the software.
