How to Collect the Log File?

The log file can be exported from the About dialog box.

To show the About dialog box, select Help > About Visual Paradigm for UML Enterprise Edition... from the main menu (The menu varies depending on the product).

In the About dialog box, click on the Export Log File... button.

In the Save dialog box, specify the path for storing the log file and click Save. The log will be exported to the path specified.
