Create project

Manage Project lets administrator or project director create, edit and delete projects. By giving a name to a project and assigning a user as project manager, a project can be created. Users can also be assigned to other roles such as business analyst, system architect, system analyst, programmer, tester and customer.

You can create project if you are an administrator or project director. To create a project:

1. Press on the link [Manage Project] at the top right of A3 Platform. (Note: This link is visible to Project Director users only. For Administrator, you will be directed to the administrator page once logged in.)

2. Click New at the top left of page.

3. Enter the Name and Description of project.
   

   Fill in the basic information of project

4. URL Alias will be appended to the URL of A3 Platform so that people can open the project by visiting the combined URL in quick. Enter a short and descriptive word to be the alias.
5. Add users into the project. Select a role in the list of project role. Then, click + at bottom right. Note that there must be at least one project manager. In other words, you must add at least one user to be project manager. You can select project manager by selecting the user from the drop down menu of Project Manager, or by selecting Project Manager in the list of project role and click +.

6. In the popup window, select the user(s) to add and click OK to return to the Manage Project page.
7. Click Save.
