Checkout

Checkout project is a process done by team members, for getting a project from repository to start working with. Team members should login into the Teamwork Server, then checkout the projects to work with, provided that they have the permission to do so, as granted by administrator. In this page, we will use VP-UML to be an example to describe how to checkout and open project.

1. Select Tools > Teamwork > Open Teamwork Client... from the main menu.
2. When the Manage Project dialog box pops out, select the project you are going to take part in and click > button. Click OK button to proceed.

3. When the Teamwork Client dialog box pops out, select the project under Projects, and click Checkout.

4. Finally, click Open Project. You can now start to work on it.
