Support commit part of project to Teamwork

Team collaboration development allows multiple team members working on the same project concurrently. With VP-UML, you can just commit selected modification to server. This gives you more flexibility on what you want to commit to server. This feature applies to Subversion, also our VP Teamwork Server, CVS and Perforce integration.

1. After entering VP-UML, select Teamwork > Open Teamwork Client… from the main menu.
2. In the Login to the Teamwork Server dialog box, select Subversion for server and enter login details. Click OK button to proceed.

3. In the Manage Project dialog box, select the project you are responsible for, click > button and then click OK button.

4. When the Teamwork Client dialog box pops out, your project will be selected by default. Click Checkout button and then click Open Project button to download and open your project to work with.

5. After you've finished creating a diagram, try to commit a part of it to Subversion. Select a few shapes you want to commit on the diagram, right click on one of them and then select Commit… from the pop-up menu.

6. As a result, the Commit dialog box will be shown. The Commit dialog box is where you can preview the changes to commit and enter your commit comment. Click OK button to proceed with committing.

7. Finally, the selected shapes are committed to server, the rest is ignored. When your team members checkout the project, they can only see the shapes you have committed to Subversion.
