How to Join the Visual Paradigm Partners Program

Step 1. Filling in and submitting the application form
Fill in and submit the application form here. Visual Paradigm will then review your application, and let you know whether or not to accept your request by sending you an E-mail. This process takes about 2 to 3 working days. If you do not get a reply from Visual Paradigm for more than 3 days, check if Visual Paradigm's Email was moved to junk box.

Step 2. Uploading the sponsor information on your website
Once your application has been approved, you can login to your academic partner account, and carry on with the rest of the process. Visit the Partnership page of your account, copy the HTML code for sponsor information and upload onto your website. Finally, submit the URL of the page that contains the HTML code for Visual Paradigm to verify. This is a sample page with sponsor information code for your reference:

Step 3. Receive an one-year academic license key
Once your submission has been verified and accepted, you will be granted the license key(s) requested. Login your academic partner account to download the key(s) and product installer(s).

Step 4. Distributing the academic license key to students
Academic partnership enables you to use Visual Paradigm's products for educational purposes only. Distribute the license keys to your staff and students under the department stated in the application form, as they are permitted to use Visual Paradigm's products. DO NOT distribute the key to other people or to use the key for profit gaining purposes. Any organization that violates the terms of usage risk having their keys disabled and partnership terminated immediately without any notification.
