	Visual Paradigm Training Center Partners Program aimed to helps training centers to increase the attractiveness of their course through the use of the award winning UML modeling software from Visual Paradigm. No matter the size or location, we are committed to provide support to authorized training center includes accessing the prerelease software. Training center participating in this program will be entitled to free site licenses provided that the software is solely used for training purpose. Training centers only need to buy the annual maintenance of the software, which is 20% of the software cost for each copy. Only Professional Edition and Enterprise Edition of Visual Paradigm products will be offered in Training Center Partners Program. Training centers joining this program must at least purchase 20 copies of Visual Paradigm products.   Qualifying Training Usage All Visual Paradigm training partners licenses are granted for training purposes only. Licensees under this arrangement must certify that they will use the Visual Paradigm product exclusively for providing training services, and cannot be intended for the benefit of third parties. In order to join our Training Center Partners Program, you are required to complete an application form. We will process your application as soon as possible by first asking you to double-check the information you have supplied and return to us by fax a signed letter confirming your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions associated with this agreement. Upon receipt of this letter, we will send you a URL and instructions to download a Training Partner License Server. We will also send you a Training Center Partners Program certificate web page for you to mount on your web server. This arrangement enables us to verify that you are representing the organization that you claimed to be. Once this web page is placed on your web site, we will send you a one-year license for you to setup the license server and to access the Visual Paradigm products. With this license, which is renewable annually, you will be able to enjoy online support and regular software upgrades. There is one thing to notice when using the license key: The software needs to reach the Training Partner License Server through the Internet whenever it starts. Therefore, it is recommended that the computer is connected to the Internet when importing the License Key or starting Visual Paradigm Product. A.  Members of training centers are willing to commit to the use of Visual Paradigm software for training purposes. Q.  Are training licenses limited functionality in any way? A.  Visual Paradigm training licenses have no functionality limitations; features are identical to Visual Paradigm's full-powered commercial software. Q.  What commitments are required to become a training center partner? A.  You must execute a Visual Paradigm Training Center Partners License Agreement. You commit to use the latest version of at least one Visual Paradigm product as part of a training program for a class. The Visual Paradigm-related training must involve a minimum of 20 hours per student annually. The minimum class size should not be less than 10 students.
