With the team collaboration features, team members can view and edit the same project, or even same diagram simultaneously. All changes will be stored in the above servers in revision basis.

Plug-in architecture

VP-UML SE plug-in architecture provides an extendable platform for developer to add functions to VP-UML SE. Developer can reference to the plug-in development guide to build their own plug-in to read and write diagrams and model elements.

Interoperability

VP-UML SE can import/export to XML, XMI, MS Excel and various image formats. VP-UML can import MS Visio drawing, Rational Rose project file, ERWin Data Modeler project files, Telelogic Modeler project files and System Architect business process diagram.
