What happens after I place my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After the order is processed, an e-mail from cs-team@visual-paradigm.com will be sent to you about downloading the full license key from our Customer Service Center.

I lost my license key. What should I do?
You can always download your license keys from the our Customer Service Center. If you lost your login, you can either retrieve it from the index page of our Customer Service Center, or contact our support team for assistance.
