Sort Issues

You can sort Issues by a property (e.g. name) by clicking on the corresponding column header. If you want to change the way of sorting (i.e. ascending/descending), click the header again to update the ordering.

TIPS: By sorting Issues by priority, you can realize how urgent the assigned Issues are and to decide which one to do first.

Hide a Testing temporarily (Remind Later)

When you are assigned many Issues, you may find it hard to concentrate on Issues you have to take actions at this moment as there are too many entries displaying in the widget. You can hide Issues that are not of your interest to make the widget lists only those important. To hide Issue temporarily, right click on the Issue you want to hide and select Remind Later from the popup menu. By applying reminder on an Issue, it will be hidden until the date and time you set.

This shows the Remind Later window. You need to set the time to show the Issue in the widget again. You can set the upper option to show the Issue an hour/day/week/month later. The lower option lets you set the exact day and time of showing the Issue. By clicking on Now, the second option will be selected and the day and time would be set to current time. Click OK to confirm the setting.
