Remind Later widget

The Remind Later widget lists the Resources (i.e. Activities, Issues, Testings) that are set to remind later.

Region Description 1 A list of Activities that has reminder set. 2 A list of Issues that has reminder set. 3 A list of Testings that has reminder set. 4 Symbol that indicates the priority of Resource. From most to least urgent: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue. 5 The name of Resource. Bold names indicate Resources that are unread. Once you have read a Resource, its name will become non-bold. You can simply click on the name of a Resource to open it. 6 Click to open the first page. 7 Click to open the previous page. 8 Click on the drop down menu and select a page to open. 9 Click to open the next page. 10 Click to open the last page. 11 Click to refresh the table contents. 12 Displays the number of Resource in current page. 13 Click on the drop down menu and select the number of maximum Resource to list in a page. 14 Click to refresh the table content. 15 Click to collapse or expand the widget.

Sort Resources

You can sort Resources by a property (e.g. name) by clicking on the corresponding column header. If you want to change the way of sorting (i.e. ascending/descending), click the header again to update the ordering.

Update the time of reminder

For Resources that have reminder set, you can update the time of reminder to make A3 Platform to remind you earlier or later. To update, right click on the Resource you want to update and select Remind Later from the popup menu.

This shows the Remind Later window. You need to set the new reminder time there. You can set the upper option to show the Resource an hour/day/week/month later. The lower option lets you set the exact day and time of showing the Resource. By clicking on Now, the second option will be selected and the day and time would be set to current time. Click OK to confirm the setting.

Clear reminder

When you want to process a Resource now and hence want it to re-appear in My Activities, My Issues or My Testings widgets immediately, you can clear the reminder.Simply click on Clear Remind Later in the Remind Later window and click OK to confirm.

Show the URL of Resource

Each Resource has a unique URL for you to visit and open in web browser. You can ask team members to follow up a Resource by sending him the URL of Resource so that he can open it, read it and take action accordingly. To check the URL of Resource, move the mouse pointer over the Resource without clicking on it. Click on the anchor icon on the right hand side.

You can see a popup of URL of Resource. By default the content in popup are all selected. You can copy the content directly by pressing Ctrl-C.

The popup shows both the name and URL of Resource. If you want to see only the URL but not the name, uncheck with Name on the top right of popup. Note that this selection will be memorized. The next time you check for URL of Resource, the setting will be re-used.
