Suggestions widget

Team members can give suggestions under the Suggestions tab. A3 Platform does not enforce a strict usage nor give any definition to Suggestion. It is up to your team to decide how to use it.

The Suggestions widget lists Suggestions submitted by all team members. There is also a chart indicating the activeness of team members, which in turns encourage them to raise more valuable suggestions.

Region	Description
1	Name of Suggestion.
2	Name of team member who submitted the Suggestion.
3	A chart that shows the statistic of Suggestion submission.
4	Update the statistic use by chart by considering Suggestions submitted within selected date.
5	Type of chart. Here are the types: Activeness - The number of involvements per team member. No. of suggestion - Number of submissions of Suggestion per team member. No. of Vote - Number of vote made by team members. No. of Discussion - Number of discussion or reply of discussion post by team members. No. of Revise - Number of revise made by team members. No. of Ignore - Number of ignore made by team members No. of Implemented - Number of Suggestion being implemented.

The Suggestions widget

Sort Suggestions

You can sort Suggestions by a property (e.g. name) by clicking on the corresponding column header. If you want to change the way of sorting (i.e. ascending/descending), click the header again to update the ordering.

Show the URL of Suggestion

Each Suggestion has a unique URL for you to visit and open in web browser. You can ask team members to study a Suggestion by sending him the URL of Suggestion so that he can open it, read it and take action accordingly. To check the URL of Suggestion, move the mouse pointer over the Suggestion without clicking on it. Click on the anchor icon on the right hand side.

You can see a popup of URL of Suggestion. By default the content in popup are all selected. You can copy the content directly by pressing Ctrl-C.

The popup shows both the name and URL of Suggestion. If you want to see only the URL but not the name, uncheck with Name on the top right of popup. Note that this selection will be memorized. The next time you check for URL of Suggestion, the setting will be re-used.
