Import new A3 Platform license key

When a new version of A3-Platform is released, customers who are entitled to upgrade can download the latest version from their customer account, and upgrade A3-Platform via the Update page. By upgrading, the existing license key will no longer working. Therefore, administrator needs to login and import a new license key.

1. Get the new license key ready. Customers who are entitled to version upgrade can download the license key from within the customer account by logging into our online Customer Service Center:
   https://cs.visual-paradigm.com
2. Login A3-Platform as administrator.
3. Open the License page.

4. Paste the license key for the new version into the License Key field.

5. Click Import at the bottom right corner of page.
6. Verify the license status by checking the Version and Status fields.
