I tried my best to be in time and within budget, but . . .
• Project Scrope and objective is not clear, as I am not involved in the planning.

• Tied up with plans, work and in particular coordination overhead.

• Spend a lot of deliverables perpetration and development.

We all want to meet the deadlines, buy end up to be fire-fight!

• Remote team causing a lot of rework.
• Communication is lacking as we are not working in co-location.

• We build things accordingly to the requirements, but eventually the
customers doesn’t want it.
