In order to upgrade Teamwork Server, you need to download and install its latest version, as well as the licenses required. Besides, you also need to ugprade the Visual Paradigm client software. This article guides the administrators of Visual Paradigm Teamwork Server to download license and installer for new version of Teamwork Server as well as VP client, as a preparation of upgrading.
Please note that the version of Visual Paradigm Client and Teamwork Server need to be matched (see the table below).

Download License and Installer of Teamwork Server
- Visit the Customer Service Center at https://cs.visual-paradigm.com/.
- Enter the ID and Password to login to the Customer Service Center. Click Login.

- Scroll down to the bottom of the License page. Download the license of Teamwork Server.

- To download the installer of Teamwork Server, visit the Software page.

- Click Visual Paradigm Teamwork Server.

- Select the appropriate platform and click the Download to get the installer.

Download License and Install of VP Client
- Visit the License page in the Customer Server Center.

Locate the correct product under the Developer Licenses section. Click Download with Original Key to download the license.
Note: For single-seat license, it is recommended to download the latest key with original key since original key is necessary for upgrading VP client.
- To download the installer of the latest version, visit the Software page.
- Click Visual Paradigm Suite (or Business Process Visual ARCHITECT, for BP-VA users).

- Select the appropriate platform and click the Download to get the installer.
