  the 'preferred' ModelElement of the DiagramElement e.g. May not allow set the ModelElement into the DiagramElement. So, IDiagramElement.getModelElement() cannot return the IModel. Then you may get the Model by this operation.

• getFromDiagramElement

  IDiagramElement getFromDiagramElement()

  only available if this Log is for an IConnector e.g. If importing a Connector's FromDiagramElement. However, the DiagramElement is not allowed to be FromDiagramElement of the Connector, Then you can get the DiagramElement by this operation.

• getToDiagramElement

  IDiagramElement getToDiagramElement()

  only available if this Log is for an IRelationship
