Entering Component Name in Multiple Lines
 March 10, 2008
When modeling diagrams, some Components may have a long name. By showing its long name, the Components will be stretched widely as well as the diagram - isn't it good to show names in multiple lines?
In VP Suite 3.2 Service Pack 1, we support breaking down the name of Components into multiple lines. From now on, you can view and model the diagrams more efficiently as the width of diagrams will be reduced under this feature.
Adding Folders as Favorites
 March 10, 2008
In order to increase the efficiency of modeling, we may have a specific folder in our machine to store relevant materials, such as documentations and projects, so that we can easily pick up what we need.
In consideration of this, we have enhanced all file/directory choosers in our tools to allow adding folders as favorite. Once you add a folder as favorite, you can revisit the folder by clicking on the favorite link whenever you want to pick up the materials inside.
Class Diagram Enhancements
 March 10, 2008
In order to let you model Class Diagrams in a smoother way, we have enhanced features in Class Diagram. Below are the changes made in VP Suite 3.2 (Service Pack 1).
Grouping Shapes with Resource Icon
 March 10, 2008
The grouping feature helps us to organize shapes in a group so that we can manipulate related shapes together (e.g. select, deselect, move, resize, etc.) in an easier way. Groups can be formed on shapes, you can also form a new group on top of existing groups.
In VP Suite 3.2 Service Pack 1, we can group shapes simply by the resource centric interface, which helps us to group shapes more easily.
Adjust Image Quality for Exported JPG files
 March 10, 2008
Sometimes, we may export diagrams in different format. In VP Suite 3.2 (Service Pack 1), when we export diagrams as JPG images, we can choose to export the images in various quality levels. The higher the quality, the larger is the file size.

Assigning Nickname to Model
 January 29, 2008
Nowadays, information flows throughout the world. When working with VP-UML, we may have many modelers and clients from different countries, one language can never cater to all people. It is impossible to create many projects with different languages for all models and clients. However, this problem can be easily solved by assigning Nickname to a model.
Enhanced Requirement Modeling
 January 29, 2008
In this version, users can define their own Requirement types by giving a type name and defining a set of type-specific attributes. Besides, it is also possible to present Requirements in Tabular form, which provides user with a different perspective of viewing the Requirements. User can concentrate more on the differences between Requirements by comparing their attributes? values in table easily.
Annotating Model with Freehand Shapes
 January 29, 2008
When modeling projects, we sometimes use Callout Shape to perform Annotation for reminding our team members. Besides usage of words, Freehand Shape can help annotating models. We can draw shapes and paths to visually divide the diagrams into different sectors, or to organize the shapes in the diagrams, etc.
