Although UML and BPMN are extensive and well-established notations, sometimes they still not rich enough to express your idea. There is a new feature called Shape Editor for designing notation (stencil). You can design your own notation or incorporate clip arts into your diagram.

| There are two possible ways to start the Shape Editor. | |
| • | Select Tools > Shape Editor... from the main menu. |

| 1. | In order to use a shape designed in the Shape Editor, you need to show the Stencil pane, where the designed shapes are stored. To show the Stencil pane, select View > Panes > Stencil from the main menu. |
