Visual Paradigm for UML (VP-UML) introduces model element grids to model and overview the requirements, use cases and actor in a convenient way within your project. In the latest VP-UML 8.0, this is further enhanced. Now, you can create grid on whatever model type you like, and customize the information being shown inside the grid.
