Visual Paradigm Subscription License Refund Policy


This policy applies to the subscription license of the following products:

  • Visual Paradigm Desktop application
  • Visual Paradigm Online Diagrams
  • Visual Paradigm Online Forms
  • Visual Paradigm Online Tabular
  • Visual Paradigm Online InfoART
  • VPository

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee.


This is for new accounts only and does not apply to user’s existing recurring payment on their subscription, or instate their expired subscriptions. This guarantee DOES apply to all NEW users for the first 7 days after they sign up with a credit card or PayPal recurring payment.


Cancel after 7 days and you won't be charged again.


Once you cancel your account, future payments to Visual Paradigm will stop. We do not offer partial month refunds (except when purchasing upgrade of subscription license). For example, if you are billed the first of every month and cancel on the 15th you will not receive a partial month refund.


How do refunds work with annual subscriptions?


You will have 10 days to refund annual subscription. There are no prorated refunds. For example, you can not get a refund mid way through your payment year.


How do I cancel my subscriptions?


You can login to your Customer Service Center account to select your license and press the Cancel recurring payment button at the bottom of the license list to stop its future recurring payment. Once the recurring payment being stopped no further payment will be charged to your credit card and your license will end on the next bill date.
