How It Works: Step-by-Step Guide

Exporting your diagrams to Confluence is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to publish your active diagrams directly into your team's Confluence pages.

Step 1: Open Your Diagram

Start by opening the diagram in Visual Paradigm that you want to share with your team.

Step 2: Access Export to Confluence

From the Project menu, select Export and then click on Active Diagram to Confluence.

Step 3: Select Target Space and Page

In the dialog box, choose the target Space on the left panel. Then select the specific Page on the right where you want the diagram to be inserted.

Step 4: Include Additional Information

Optionally, enable Include diagram name and Include description to provide context beneath the diagram image in Confluence.

Step 5: Export to Confluence

Click OK to send your diagram directly to the selected Confluence page, making it instantly available for team collaboration.
